The Business Learning Center tutorials are class-based and use modern Active Learning methods to engage and support students. We offer drop-in office hours and post practice questions to our course-specific sites as well as provide twice-weekly group small group tutoring (not-for-credit registration required on a first-come basis).
BLC TA’s are all graduate students in the field they tutor, regularly attend the lectures for the courses they support, and have a close working relationship with course instructors. Students with busy schedules may choose only to use the practice questions and handouts posted to the BLC site, or to make use of drop-in office hours, if they do not wish to commit to coming twice weekly to our group tutoring sessions.
